All accepted papers shall be included in IEEE Xplore database (EI), International Journal of Nanotechnology (SCI) or Journal of Functional Materials and Devices, an EI indexed and Chinese Core  journal.

The emphasis of this conference will be on fusions of several different fields and applications of Nanoelectronics from design, modeling and fabrication to characterizations and metrology. The conference will also address the education and commercialization of Nanoelectronics.

Authors are invited to submit full-length papers in one or more of the areas identified above. All submitted papers must be IEEE Xplore compliant. Detailed instructions on making the submitted papers IEEE Xplore compliant can be found below. Please note that the maximum number of pages per extended abstract is restricted to 6.

All Notifications of Abstract Acceptance have been sent to authors and the date for full paper submission and author pre-registration has been extended to Dec 30, 2007

Authors need to register by 30 December 2007 to ensure that papers are included in the final program and conference proceedings.

Review Procedure

1. A team of reviewers will select the papers.
2. English shall be the official language throughout the meeting.
3. Acceptance is on condition that papers (oral or poster) will be presented during the conference.

Manuscript Registration Conditions

1. Each delegate registration covers 2 papers maximum.
2. Each student registration covers 1 paper maximum.
3. At least one author needs to register by 30 December 2007 to ensure that the paper is included in the final program and conference proceedings.

4. Each paper needs to be accompanied by the IEEE Copyright form. You may submit your copyright form at the point of submitting your extended abstract. To download the copyright form, click here.
5. Please send/fax in the duly signed Copyright Transfer to (65) 6356 4727.

6. Abstract can be uploaded as MS word format online. Abstract  should include:Title of paper; Names and affiliations of all authors; Name, mailing address, email address, telephone and fax number of the presenting author and corresponding author; A 300 word summary with no more than two figures
