Participants requiring an entry visa to China are strongly advised to make their application in their home country
as early as possible before the intended travel date. Participants are encouraged to apply for travelling visa. Participants who want to apply a visiting visa (F-Visa),
please complete the form of

for Visiting Visa (F-Visa)
and fax or email both this form and the first page
(main page) of your passport to NEC08 local Secretariat Office (Fax number: 86-21-62233897; Email: nec08@nanoshanghai.org or
asid07@vip.citiz.net ) before December 30,
2007. We will mail the document needed to apply the visiting visa (F-Visa) in your local Chinese Embassy or
Consulate back to you.
